Everything on Dingtouma is educational background, plus my own experience and lessons from the past few years. It is not investment advice, nor any form of offer or solicitation. I don't know your income, debts, family situation or capacity to bear loss, so I can't make the decision for you — and I won't try to. All I can do is lay out the rakes I've stepped on for you to see.

The risk of crypto is yours to weigh

Crypto prices swing enormously, and you can lose your entire principal — even worse than your worst-case expectation. Markets that wiped out 80–90% have happened more than once. Remember two old lines; they're plain, but they're true: past performance does not predict the future, and someone else recovering doesn't mean you will. Make any buy or sell decision yourself, and if you're unsure, consult a licensed professional adviser rather than a stranger on the internet (me included).

The calculators here are only demos

The calculators and small tools on this site are educational demos, all of them. The numbers inside — principal, drawdown, stop levels, the depth of a fall — are assumptions you type in yourself, not predictions, and certainly not promises. They do exactly one thing: let you see, plainly, "how big the risk is," not tell you "how much you'll make." No result they produce represents real returns or guarantees anything will happen.

Where responsibility sits

Plainly: if you read what's here and make a decision, good outcome or bad, the responsibility is yours, and I'm not liable for it. That isn't me passing the buck — it's the fact: the money is yours, the account is yours, and the hand on the buy or sell button is yours. I'm spelling it out because I want you to never treat anyone's words (mine included) as something to copy without thinking.
